The Space is a boutique Pilates rental studio and Teacher Training School located in New York City’s Flatiron District. With Balanced Body equipment, two classrooms, natural lighting, teacher training, and workshops, you can take your career as an independent Pilates instructor, or a Pilates lover, to a new level.

The Space School 450 hour comprehensive teacher training program. A contemporary program grounded in a foundation of anatomy, biomechanics, and a strong understanding of the history and principles of Pilates. The curriculum combines detailed technical material with real life, practical experience to give students the tools they need to be versatile, successful teachers no matter the avenue of teaching they choose.

 
 

Private Sessions

 

A spacious, fully equipped studio with natural lighting, beautiful views, and eco-conscious amenities.

Instructors are independent and can be booked through our Instructor Referral Program.

 

Renters

 

An extremely spacious studio for you to work independently using up to date balanced body equipment.
