The Space was created with the intention to provide a positive, clean, eco-friendly, and intimate Pilates environment. It is our firm belief that the health and well-being of our instructors is pertinent to the health and well-being of their clients.

As a studio created by an instructor, for instructors, we understand the steps you are taking in your career. We provide information and resources that will help you launch or define your career in a way that works best for you, as well as a referral program to provide opportunities to build clientele.

The Space is easily reachable via public transit. We provide the most up-to-date Balanced Body equipment, an abundance of props, and opportunities for career growth through The Space School Teacher Training, workshops, Referral Program, and more.

the basics

  • Access to the Private area/main floor, Classroom, The Suite.

  • Studio hours: 6am-10pm 7 days a week.

  • Ability to book 30/60/75/90 minute sessions.

  • Access to all apparatuses during private sessions, and guaranteed at least a Reformer and/or Cadillac for your session. We never crowd - there’s always space.

  • Plethora of props and tools to ensure you create the experience you desire for you and your clients.

  • Waiting area, changing rooms, private bathrooms, teacher’s lounge, natural lighting with many oversized windows, acoustic solutions, high ceilings, 2nd floor access via stairs and elevators, and more.

  • Always notoriously clean and efficient studio.

  • A community built on kindness, support, and integrated education.

A room for duets, truly private sessions, recording content, etc.
